I: Preliminary chapter.

Paul Janet started his
«elementary» work «dealt of philosophy» by

Universal Laws " Applied logic "

The aim of the five paragraphs
who follow is to develop the laws stated previously in different
examples. The method used is the application of these laws in
opposition to a comparison or an analogy. In other words the examples
developed in the following chapters are cases of direct applications of
these laws.

Certain examples have a scientific aspect which can seem long and
difficult and ask for even the use of a calculator, their readings is
not obligatory in measurement or all the examples are taken again in
various forms. The objective of the presentation of the examples is to
make so that none is obligatory of comprehension, in other words
multiply the examples which express the idea which characterizes each
law...

Sciences use the free reflexion, the religion uses the faith, and,
poetry uses imagination. Passed the introduction to artistic
connotation of each paragraph, only sciences "physics, chemistry,
biochemistry" are acknowledged like example...

B: Applications of the second
Universal Law "applied logic"

A phenomenon creates another
phenomenon which will maintain and accelerate the first phenomenon. The
thought attracts or creates ideas which will maintain it and to
accelerate it.

The first step is a balanced thought induced by the experiment. This
thought is stable of quality and intensity. When a person during a
discussion speaks to you about her experiment and her thought. This
represents an idea, and this idea will modify your thought. Second step
this new thought will be again subjected to the idea and again will
become a new thought. Third step and so on until your thought with
force to be subjected to the idea becomes again a balanced thought
which will be transformed into clean idea, ready to start again a
thought. This first dance although simplest, without problem of limit
is most frequent.

Observation, the experimentation
and induction

A: Observation

Six sences.

A1: Mechanism of the feeling.

Though the feeling is a primarily psychological phenomenon, since we
are aware of it, it takes place however only under certain physical and
physiological conditions, which can be brought back to three principal:

A1a: The external objects immediately act either (tact, taste), or by
the intermediary of a medium (sense of smell, hearing, sight, thought)
on the bodies of the sences. Absence of body, absence of feeling.

A1b° the action exerted on the ends of the nerves which end in the
bodies transmits in all the course of the nerves which make communicate
the bodies with the brain. Indeed, any lesion of the nerves stops or
deteriorates the feeling.

A1c° the action is communicated in the centers, either with brain,
or with the marrow, which transmits it itself to brain. Indeed the
lesions of the centers can prevent the feeling, in spite of the healthy
state of the nerves or the bodies. Such are the conditions common to
all the feelings: we will not indicate the particular mechanism which
belongs to them this being of another field of specialist in
physiology...

A3: The taste, the feelings are soft (sugar, milk), bitter (quinine,
gentian), acids (vinegar), burning (strong liquors), etc; but these
distinctions are very insufficient to express the considerable number
of savours which the various food or drinks can produce.

A4: Hearing, One can distinguish in the sound different point of view:

a° quality; b° intensity; c° volume; d° the tonality;
e° the stamp.

A5: The sight, the sight in black and white, the sight color, after a
strong luminous excitation one does not see any more but in black and
white.

A6: Tact, the touch can be soft, hot, silky...

A7: The sense of smell, the flavours are multiple as for the taste.

A8: The thought.

This being the proposal carried out, I passed quickly on the first five
sences, for better devoting me to the proposal. As it is known as from
the very start the physiological aspect is another subject and I add
that this text does not seek to know which or what activates this sence.

A8a: One can distinguish in the thought different point of view: 1°
quality, 2° intensity, 3° quantity.

A8b: It is possible to increase the possibilities of this direction
using tools called ideas.

A8c: The thought being a sence, is permanently in awakening, which
explains the dreams.

A8a-1: I think that there are three qualities. First is without
reflexion order 1, in example a conditioned being. Second is based on
the comparison order 2, in example an animal which compares two ways to
know which it will borrow. Third is characteristic of the man and
utilizes the most level of reflexion, in example the creation of the
texts of the Humans right of 1789 third order.

A8a-1-1: A saturating repetitive thought is of order 1.

A8a-1-2: The thoughts related to the other sences are of the thoughts
of order two

A8a-1-3: Detail on the origin of an accelerated thought. The origin of
a thought obeys the law of the origin which I described on my report of
1993 for a physical phenomenon: a thought appears provocant a new
thought which maintains and amplifies the first thought.

A8a-2: There are several levels of intensity, the most intense thoughts
actuate another mechanism of the brain which has its own laws: memory.

A8a-3: It happens that the thoughts submerge us and create what we call
of the emotions. It is not rare that the people confuse the intensity
with the quantity, although these two qualities are completely
different.

A8b-1: the use of the ideas, the principal rules are those:

A8b-1-1° the observer must know its ideas, for example, know

A8b-1-2° it must seek to make them most convenient while adapting
them by some corrections with use for which it intends them. There in
example if I must on the percentage of oxygen with the mountain
according to altitude, it is not used for to me with nothing to know
the percentage of oxygen dissolved in the water of the tap this day.
This idea can be interesting and to speak about oxygen but it will
distract the thought.

A8b-1-3° it must check them; and it must know finally and
appreciate the errors of which they are likely. In example if the idea
that I would be most extremely physically is true while am in a part
with a five year old child, I cannot keep it when I leave this part and
that I cross another person.

A8b-2-1: There are ideas which bring closer the distant thought. In
example the application of the universal laws presented in this work.

8b-2-2: There are ideas which increase the thoughts. In example, I do
not manage to move an object because of his weight, the idea that I am
not alone or that there are tools for lifting, will open the thought
(how to move the object) on other thoughts. In other words of a thought
using an idea I obtains several thoughts.

A8b-2-3: There are ideas which make it possible to start the memory to
memorize the thought. In example the idea that a thought is very
important to see vital, will create such an intensity that the thought
will be put in memory in the form of idea.

A8b-2-4: There are ideas which make it possible this to concentrate on
a thought. In example the idea that it is necessary to eat to live,
will generate thoughts on how to find food.

B: the experimentation

B1: One notices with the use that the accelerated thoughts will have
several characters whose principal ones are the specific thoughts:

B1a-1: the bright thought, it is an obvious thought for example I thus
think I am;

B1a-2: the clandestine thought, it is a thought which is diffuse but
which allows coherence without really appearing;

B1a-3: the thought locates or collective, it is a thought in which have
finds in a clear way of the laws which govern several other thoughts.

B1a-4: the crucial thought, it is one of most important because it with
is crossed logics, knowing that when a logic is started it is very
difficult even impossible to use another logic.

B1a-5: the fugitive thought, it is a thought which varies depending on
the state, it is interesting because it indicates the state to us in
which we are;

B1a-6: the thought bordering, it is the thought hinge between two
thoughts.

B1a-7: the solitary thought, as its name indicates it it car is enough
and is independent.

B2: One still notices with the use that so that a dialogue can be
established, it is necessary to use two thoughts of identical quality.
In example it is useless to use the arguments of a third order thought
to a thought of order 1, or to reason a fully conditioned being.

B3: Experiment one still notices that the thoughts being limited in

prolonging them or to supplement them by the means of the ideas.

V Description of the MUSE.

This summer 1993, only sitted
with my table, silence with-inside, the window vibrates of the truck
which passes, the noise of the outside, I dream.

I dream with my success, I dream with success of my future report, I

It is a long time now, I had dreamed of another world, a world where
time would be perfect, where time would belong to us. Each one it his

almost nothing. Balance, death would be only the end of a tiring
repetition. If it is not this paradox which pushes the moment with a
new life, a new eternity for each experiment, and which hangs up again
us with the life, its richnesses whatever the moment and the age. And
these physical phenomena without respect for the Humanity which copies
us until in the mechanisms of our thought. These physical phenomena
which want to be well revealed, to clear up itself with the proviso of
having the same rights as us over time, an individual time proportional
at the origin and of more exponential. But each phenomenon should have
its watch its measurement! The social systems not wanting to remain
alone in a comparative time, would claim a deductive time granted to
the man, to the physical systems. A time which would remove the
jealousy and the zero.

VI Conclusion.

The laws presented in this work
are assumptions resulting from a part of the philosophy which is logic.
A direct application of these laws would be possible on sciences like
mathematics, physics, biology but they could not be used without morals
on social sciences, well which are essential. An example on justice is
quoted a little afterwards.

We can also notice the innovative character of these laws. Even if they
represent a projection, their direct applications represent such a
change of our reasoning, and our perception of the universe which
surrounds us, that it is preferable that this change is carried out by
mitigating.

I think that justice is the most advanced science our time, and
moreover it uses a moral concept, therefore apart from my subject,
which enables him to evolve/move with the company. I do not speak about
the laws and about the decrees voted by the French National Assembly
even if I have the largest respect for the "Declaration of the rights
of man and of the citizen of 1789", I speak about the method used by
this science which uses thoughts of order three by respecting several
of the laws that I stated higher. In example the quotation of Frederic
Sillam: "the question of the individual circumstances only applies to
the level of criminal jurisprudence. Explanation: In civil law, the
Judge applies the law in abstracto (reference to the "good father of
family", or to the good expert, good craftsman etc... if the litigation
touches the profession one refers to the good practices of the
aforementioned profession). In Criminal law, one judges prevented in
concreto, such as it was at the time of the facts. It is a consequence
of the psychological element of the infringement: Example: flight =
fraudulent appropriation, one takes a thing by knowing that it is the
property of others, therefore it is necessary that prevented was able
to know that the thing belonged to others, and knew it. Then the right
adapts, evolves/moves: even concept of professionnel/non-professional
(right of consumption, clauses abusive) concept of contract of adhesion
